Version of 28 October 2026
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is BIONIKA private enterprise (TIN 203611434), address: 51A Yangi Almazar Street, Almazar district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and applies to every page of bionika.uz in Russian, English and Uzbek.
2. What data we receive
Only what you enter in the forms yourself:
- the request on the Contacts page: name, company, phone, e-mail, project details, message and attached files;
- the spare parts request: name, phone, company, the list of items and a comment.
3. Why
- to contact you and answer your request;
- to prepare a quotation, a calculation or a technical solution;
- to conclude and perform a contract if you decide to work with us.
We do not use this data for mailings or advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your consent. You give it by ticking “I agree to the processing of personal data” before sending a form. A form cannot be sent without consent.
5. How the data is stored and protected
- The site is hosted on a server in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Request texts and files are not stored on the server: the form sends them straight to the company mailbox.
- The sender’s IP address is used only for spam protection, in anonymised form (a hash) and for no longer than 10 minutes. It is not included in the email.
- Only the staff who handle customer requests have access to them.
- The data is kept as long as it is needed for the purposes in section 3, or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or pass your data to other companies, except where the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan expressly requires it.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
8. How to contact us
Write to bionika.elektro@mail.ru or call +998 71 248-71-12, +998 95 144-09-83. We will answer a personal data request within the time set by law.
9. What is kept in your browser
The site remembers the chosen language and the list of items in the spare parts request in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. The Contacts page shows a Google map; when it loads, Google may receive technical data under its own terms.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
